GlyMed Plus Canada strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Our return policies are simple and straightforward: If you have any questions about how to use your new GlyMed Plus products, or any concerns following your use of the products, contact your skincare professional immediately. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective, and thus require the trained supervision, suggestion and guidance from a licensed skin care professional.

If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return the GlyMed Plus Product, call or email our customer service team within seven (7) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the seven (7) days after receiving your order, for a full refund.

Opened products are also eligible for a full refund during this seven (7) day period, but all opened products must be returned at the customer’s expense prior to the refund being processed. After seven (7) days all product sales are considered final. The GlyMed Plus Canada reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.

After the full or partial refund of a retail order, any revenue share payment made or due to the applicable PROS store related to the refunded product(s) will be credited against the professional’s account.
